Cynthia is a Commercial Real Estate Broker and is active in the industry. She and her husband, Mike, founded WindStar Properties, Inc., a successful development, management, and brokerage firm located in Dallas, Texas.

Cynthia supports many industry organizations and is currently serving on the Powerful Purses Leadership Executive Council. She has served as the President of Powerful Purses and other CRE organizations, on boards, and committees for many years. Cynthia is a proven leader who generously shares her knowledge, time, and resources.

CO-FOUNDER, BOARD & ADVISORY COUNCIL CHAIR – Principal, DMS & BUS DEV, BMC
Barbara provides development services to owners for their commercial real estate projects including office, distribution, industrial, manufacturing and banking. Her career begin in commercial construction and evolved into commercial development. Barbara is currently serving on the Powerful Purses Board and its Leadership Executive Council. She has served as President of Powerful Purses; CoPresident of other CRE organizations, on boards and committees for many years; represented a local CRE organization at national levels as a director and committee member. She is dedicated to transforming lives through education and mentoring the next generation for success.
